We have sold the oil in bulk to restaurants and cafés in Victoria and NSW, the chefs always tasting and approving before buying of course! The oil is currently being sold in 375ml bottles at WholeFoods House in Queen St, Woollhara and their Randwick store both in Sydney and we shall be setting up on line sales soon. You can of course contact us to make a private sale whilst we are in the process of setting up the on line sales section.

Our History

The climate and soil conditions are perfectly suited to growing olives and in the year 2000 we were finally able to realize our dream and create an eco friendly organic olive grove consisting of 600 trees planted in 5 acres of the fertile Bass Valley hillside. We planted a variety of olives including Frantoio, Correggiola, Nevadillo and Kalamata.


As we had always maintained the land organically, the successful growth of the olive trees convinced us to go for organic certification. In 2007 we were certified with Australian Certified Organics (ACO) and then in 2011 transferred over to Organic Growers Australia (OGA) which still follows the same strict rules and guide lines of the Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA) but is more appropriate for small landholders
